Situated on the northwest coast of Mauritius, The Ravenala Attitude is a real exotic oasis located in a tranquil bay.
Thanks to its beautiful tropical climate, Mauritius remains warm all year round, making it the perfect choice for a beach holiday in any season.
If you’re looking for an understated, laidback all inclusive beach resort, The Ravenala Attitude is the perfect place for you. It’s very difficult to get bored here, with ten dining outlets on offer from food shacks to beach bbqs & floating a la carte restaurants. There's also a large pool hosting daily aquagym, a beach with a multitude of non-motorised watersports and authentic local experiences on offer such as Mauritian cooking classes.
For adult guests looking to completely unwind, a full body massage is available at the Spa POZ for approximately £70 and the Executive Adult Suites create an oasis of calm with dedicated beanbags directly on the seafront – the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail overlooking the technicolour sunset.
With calm waters, accessible family suites and a kids club, this is a fantastic resort for a fun-filled family beach holiday.
I feel this resort is a truly all inclusive resort. My favourite element of the all inclusive package was the tuck shop where you can select your own mini bar drinks including water, soft drinks and beer.
Whilst this is a 4★ resort, I felt the service at this resort was absolutely of a 5★ standard. All staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. The bar staff around the pool provided us with our preferred drink even when we hadn’t asked for one! It’s personal touches like this that really stand out to me when I am on a beach holiday.
There is a huge range of complimentary watersports available at the resort, from paddleboards to pedal boats, and even snorkelling trips twice daily on a glass bottom boat. The snorkelling trip was a real highlight as they sail out to a close-by marine zone - home to lots of colourful fish – and allow you to snorkel in the turquoise waters for half an hour. I couldn’t believe this was free!
Book your restaurants with the concierge as soon as you arrive. Many of the restaurants have a small number of tables so get booked up quickly. Madame Ming was a real highlight; an Asian fusion restaurant set on a poolside terrace.
