Day 1 Darwin
Arrive into Darwin and meet with your fellow travellers this evening.
Day 2 Darwin to Katherine
Journey south to the spectacular Nitmiluk Gorge and embark on an afternoon Nitnit Dreaming Cultural Cruise to discover the fascinating culture of the traditional landowners, the Jawoyn people.
Day 3 Katherine to Lake Argyle
Cross into Western Australia on the Victoria Highway to expansive Lake Argyle. Perhaps enjoy a remarkable sunset cruise on the lake this evening.
Days 4-5 Lake Argyle to Purnululu NP
Spend two unforgettable days camping in the heart of Purnululu National Park to explore the stunning Bungle Bungles. Embark on a walk through Echidna Chasm and stunning Cathedral Gorge and perhaps, take an optional scenic flight for a unique perspective of this region.
Days 6-7 Purnululu NP to El Questro Wilderness Park
Deep in the heart of The Kimberley lies the El Questro Wilderness Park, an isolated gem complete with crystal-clear pools fed by captivating waterfalls. Explore the area over two days including Emma Gorge, with its hidden thermal pool and unique Zebedee Springs.
Day 8 El Questro Wilderness Park to Drysdale River Station
Travel along the Gibb River Road and immerse in the ‘oasis of the Outback’ at Drysdale River Station. Stretching over 400,000 hectares, this family owned cattle station offers a glimpse into life in the Outback.
Days 9-10 Drysdale River Station to Mitchell Plateau
Veer off-road as you traverse the Mitchell Plateau Track, ford rivers and ramble through ancient Livistonia palm forests to your campsite, before admiring the incredible size and power of Mitchell Falls on a helicopter flight.
Day 11 Mitchell Plateau to Mt Elizabeth Station
Surrounded by rocky outcrops and shimmering pools lies the family owned Mt Elizabeth Station Homestead. Perhaps head out on a bush walk or simply bask in the beautiful surroundings.
Day 12 Mt Elizabeth Homestead to Silent Grove
Explore the cascading waterfalls and refreshing pools of Bell Gorge, a hidden gem of the West Kimberley en route to your campsite at Silent Grove.
Day 13 Silent Grove to Tunnel Creek
Learn of the infamous Aboriginal freedom fighter Jandamarra at Tunnel Creek who used the cave system as a hideout during the late 1800s.
Day 14 Tunnel Creek to Broome
Immerse yourself in the impressive wildlife and fauna of Windjana Gorge as you search for freshwater crocodiles and diverse birdlife en route back to Broome.
Day 15 Broome
After breakfast, your tour comes to an end.
