What Our Clients Say

Chris was excellent; he booked my four flights as discussed, then when I mentioned my wheelchair requirements, he looked back at our previous bookings, clarified that there had been no changes and added our requirements and equipment details to our booking. Thank you! – Mrs K Watts, Somerset

The agent who helped us was amazing and I can’t thank her enough for all her help. As a wheelchair user with cerebral palsy and dyslexia, I needed extra time to explain everything, and she made me feel completely at ease. She is very kind, professional, and an asset to Trailfinders. – Miss S Lang, Nottingham

My consultant was very efficient, patient and helpful, especially for a visually impaired regular customer. – Mrs S Eldred Evans, Ashbourne

I was nervous to book as we would be flying with a 7 month old baby, but Scott talked me through each step of the process and helped me find a baby friendly resort. He also prebooked us the baby bassinet seat on the flights which was a great help. - Miss K Morrell, Tunbridge Wells

Easy to ask questions and get a full overview of the options open to us. Also great support considering different airline options for my son who has a nut and peanut allergy. - Mrs K Corken, Abergavenny
