Booking flights to Vancouver and a cruise to Alaska

"We booked a separate flight to Vancouver and cruise from there to Alaska. Kate, the agent with whom we were dealing, fully understood what we required and very promptly came up with a couple of options and prices to match. The details were emailed to us immediately and, after taking an hour or so to talk it over with family, we phoned her back and completed the booking. Throughout the conversations she was very professional but in a friendly manner. It was a delightful interaction with a positive outcome. "

Fantastic service

"Roisin has been brilliant in organising our 1 month trip to Canada and Alaska this year. It is a trip of a lifetime for 6 people and she has shown patience and understanding when several changes needed to be made. She was knowledgeable and gave great advice regarding excursions. Well worth the £50 paid which was then taken off the final invoice. "
