Manuel Antonio & Uvita Holidays

south & central america
Manuel Antonio holidays are some the most popular in Costa Rica, and it is easy to see why! One of the country’s most popular national parks, Manuel Antonio National Park is where the lush rainforest meets beautiful white sand beaches and the turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean.

Explore the trails through this wildlife-rich park, as you encounter nosey coatis and vibrantly hued macaws, before relaxing on one of its tropical beaches. Most hotels are located close to the bustling town of Manuel Antonio, perched on the hillside offering wonderful panoramic views over the ocean and rainforest.

Further south you will find Uvita’s long stretches of rugged coastline, best known for their waves, which attract surfers from all over the world. Nearby, Marino Ballena National Park is famous for its isolated beaches, jungle-clad mountains and pods of migrating whales (Jul – Oct & Dec - Feb). Not all beaches are suitable for swimming, but they do offer beautiful landscapes and dramatic sunsets.

Trailfinders offers a wide range of Uvita and Manuel Antonio holidays and our expert travel consultants are a mine of information about what to do here, often with first-hand travel experience. Whether you want to explore Manuel Antonio with your own private guide, join a sociable small group tour, or are simply looking for advice on the hotels for a beach holiday – they are the perfect people to ask.
