Honeymoon booked a year in advance

"We’ve just come back from our honeymoon, which was booked over a year ago with Trailfinders in Cambridge. Maisie was in charge of our trip and honestly I cannot say enough great things about this company. Everything was excellent - from their patience and expertise in the booking process, along with honeymoon gifting options from our wedding guests, to the contact and solution-focused approach to tricky flight changes, to pre- and post-holiday communications. Maisie was at the other end of the phone every time we called, or we’d be called back within the hour. Their phone system is brilliant - it seems to trigger showing our trip details automatically because the team always had everything to hand when we were discussing the trip! I never needed to introduce myself again so it felt really personal. The ViewTrail hub is also a brilliant addition, especially when going on long haul flights to destinations with different visa requirements etc. It even had really helpful tips for the culture, which we loved. It’s easy for a company to focus on the pre-sales experience (which was excellent, as were the useful and thoughtful messages and gifts in the lead up to our honeymoon), so we were intrigued about any communications or follow-up after our trip. Sure enough, they did not disappoint - not only did we receive an invitation to share feedback, but we also received individual email responses to our specific feedback. This is pretty rare for companies these days and it really affirmed their customer care and approach to continuous improvement. We will absolutely use Trailfinders again and recommend them to everyone!"

Highly recommend!

"Wow. Thank you thank you for the best Honeymoon we could’ve ever hoped for. Everything was smooth- the flights, the transfer, the car hire, all the hotels and experiences. Everything you planned for us was perfect and the information provided to us on the app was everything we could ever need, including advice on tipping and driving; SUPERB! But the best thing of all was when we were out there and needed any advice, you replied everytime via your WhatsApp option and even saved us with booking an extra night at a different hotel when our travel times changed (due to the new hubby leaving the passports at the previous hotel and us having to go back for them), you quite literally saved us within a few WhatsApp messages. This was our first time booking through Trailfinders but certainly not our last, we hope to book with you for all our future adventures. Thank you again; our Honeymoon was perfect. Fantastic honeymoon booking

"Ewan was very interested in finding out more about us in order to really tailor our honeymoon and make it extra special. We were given time to research the locations ourselves and decide if it was for us. Having had quotes from other companies it was nice to see that our preferences were being considered and not being pushed down a specific route. The whole process felt very personal. "

You will save money and have a much more meaningful adventure

"Trailfinders booked our honeymoon in Peru as well has extraordinary adventures for us in Laos and Thailand; Sri Lanka and Vietnam and all 4 holidays have been sensational. They tailor the itinerary to us and have first hand knowledge of all excursions and hotels that they book. Their prices are extraordinarily good. There's no way that we could have booked what we did on each holiday privately for as good a rate as they got us. You will save money and have a much more meaningful adventure."
