Arctic Escape

Day 1  Rovaniemi    
Fly to Rovaniemi and upon arrival you will be met and transferred to 3★+ Vaattunki Wilderness Resort. You will stay in a Panorama Hut for the duration of your stay, featuring a panoramic window overlooking the enchanting Lappish forest.    

Days 2-3  Rovaniemi  
Over the next few days, enjoy a mixture of winter activities and free time. Visit the kennels for your husky safari where you will get to know your fluffy companions and learn to steer your sleigh before gliding through the snowy landscape. After, enjoy hot drinks by the campfire while your guide shares stories of the kennel. During your stay you will also have the chance to master the art of driving a snowmobile on a thrilling tour through the snow coated forest. Embrace the Finnish culture with a relaxing private sauna and hot tub experience alongside the idyllic river that flows through the resort. In your free time perhaps take the shuttle into Rovaniemi town or to Santa Claus Village and see the man himself. Hire a pair of snowshoes and explore the neighbouring nature park, featuring miles of trails through untouched Lappish wilderness. As the sun sets and the sky is swept with darkness, enjoy a magical reindeer sleigh ride in search of the spectacular Northern Lights before warming up with a hot drink in a traditional Finnish kota.    

Day 4  Transfer to Rovaniemi and fly home
