Day 1 Guten Tag!
Arrive into Berlin and transfer to your hotel. This will be your base to explore the gritty, yet glamorous German capital. Head out this evening to explore the city’s renowned party scene - Berlin really is the ‘city that never sleeps’! From beer gardens and hidden underground clubs to fancy cocktails bars, Berlin’s got something to suit everyone.
Day 2 A Cycle Ride through History
Whether you’re a history buff or not, we’re sure you’ll enjoy this guided Berlin bike tour. Discover Berlin’s history as you cycle around the city. Visit iconic sites, including the Berlin Wall, the Reichstag building and the Brandenburg Gate. This afternoon, why not have some down time with a leisurely walk through Berlin’s beautiful Tiergarten?
Day 3 Hipster Kreuzberg and Potsdamer Platz
Today visit Kreuzberg, one of Berlin’s most multicultural and trendiest neighbourhoods. Sample its many cafés and specialty coffees, follow the neighbourhood’s colourful street art or, thanks to its large Turkish community, enjoy delicious, authentic Turkish food at one of the many eateries. Later on, why not visit Potsdamer Platz? This lively entertainment district has great shopping opportunities, cinemas, restaurants and bars – it’s a great place to spend an evening!
Day 4 Off to Prague!
Hop on a train and head for Prague. This afternoon, get a feel for this lively, medieval city along the cobbled lanes and hidden courtyards of its Old Town. Finish off today by relaxing at one of the many cafés dotted around the city’s Old Town square.
Day 5 Czeching out Prague
This morning, get to know Prague a bit better on a private guided tour. Explore Prague’s highlights with fascinating and entertaining insights from your professional guide, with free beer tasting along the way included in your tour. Prague can certainly rival Germany for beer and some even say Prague has the best beer in Europe! Later on, why not check out Prague’s vibrant party scene? There’s beer halls, cosy pubs, lively clubs and even a karaoke bar or two.
Day 6 Explore some more…
It’s your last full day in Prague with time to explore at your leisure. If you’re feeling the history buzz, perhaps you’d like to explore Prague’s huge castle complex? It’s thought to be the biggest castle complex in the world, so take your walking shoes! If you didn’t get your beer fix yesterday, how about visiting Prague’s very own beer museum? And finally don’t forget to get the obligatory photo on the iconic St Charles Bridge.
Day 7 Na shledanou!
It’s your last morning. If you’ve got the time, take one last look around Prague’s iconic Old Town and say goodbye to this exciting city before transferring to the airport for your onward flight.
