Day 1  Rio de Janeiro          
On arrival in Rio de Janeiro transfer to your hotel.

Day 2  Rio de Janeiro            
Begin your trip to Brazil with some of the best views in Rio. Ride the train to the top of Corcovado for impressive vistas from the base of the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue, before taking the cable cars up Sugarloaf Mountain for a different viewpoint across the beaches, bays and city skyline.

Day 3  Rio de Janeiro            
Today is at your leisure. Spend a day relaxing by the beach, shop for local handicrafts in the boutiques of bohemian Santa Teresa or join a cooking class to learn more about Brazil’s delicious cuisine.

Day 4  Rio de Janeiro to Pantanal              
Fly to Cuiabá and transfer to the 3★ Araras Eco Lodge in the northern Pantanal.

Day 5  Pantanal        
Learn all about this outstanding wilderness with expert naturalist guides from your lodge. Activities today may include boat safaris, jeep tours and guided night walks in search of caiman, capybaras and other animals which inhabit local area.

Day 6  Pantanal        
Continue to explore the wetlands, perhaps on a scenic trek or a canoe tour through the waters. For the ultimate wildlife experience, add an extra night to your stay and spend a day on the lookout for the elusive jaguar.

Day 7-8  Pantanal to Amazon Rainforest    
Transfer back to Cuiaba to spend the night, before continuing your adventure with a flight to Alta Floresta. Journey by road and boat to the beautiful 4★ Cristalino Lodge, your home in the heart of the rainforest for the next two full days.

Day 9  Amazon Rainforest              
Discover the lush surrounding jungle with expert guides who will lead you on a range of exciting excursions, including canoeing along the river, hiking the forest trails and scaling the observation tower for amazing views.

Day 10  Amazon Rainforest              
Enjoy a second day of extraordinary experiences in this unique environment; excursions are operated on a shared basis with other guests and will vary each day.

Days 11-12  Amazon Rainforest to Iguassu Falls  
Return to Alta Floresta for a flight to São Paulo. After a night here continue your journey and fly to the stunning Iguassu Falls. On arrival, visit the Brazilian side of the falls to take in the remarkable panoramic views.

Day 13  Iguassu Falls        
Cross over into Argentina and wander the trails which lead through verdant jungle to some of the highest and most powerful points of the falls.

Day 14  Iguassu Falls        
Fly back to Rio de Janeiro for your onward arrangements.
