Breach of trust
Attached is the Deed of Trust between the CAA and the named trustees of the Air Travel Trust (ATT), who are Civil Servants. The ATT accounts for the year ending 31/03/22 are unpublished, despite an obligation to do so within 90 days of year end.
One extract from the Deed of Trust:
The Deed does not make clear what the consequences are when these obligations are ignored?
The responsibility must ultimately rest with the Secretary of State for Transport.
