Rotational Dining

Animator's Palate is a Main Dining restaurant within the innovative Rotational Dining experience on board all Disney ships. With our preset dinner schedule, you and your personal waitstaff will "rotate" to 3 distinctly themed restaurants throughout your cruise—ensuring you enjoy a delicious meal and impeccable service, catered to your liking in a unique setting.

Animator’s Palate is one of the 3 family-friendly Main Dining restaurants on the Disney Fantasy, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream and Disney Magic. On the largest ship in our fleet, the Disney Adventure, your dining rotation will include 3 of the 6 family-friendly Main Dining restaurants, one of which could be Animator’s Palate.

Each night, there are 2 seating times for dinner. In general, the earlier seating begins at 5:45 PM and the later seating begins at 8:15 PM. Seating times are subject to change by up to 30 minutes. You are invited to select a seating time, depending on availability, when you book your cruise.

No matter when your assigned dinner seating is, you’ll have ample time that evening to eat and also attend entertainment performances or live stage productions.

Once on board the ship, you can check My Plans in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to view your assigned restaurant schedule, seating time and table number. If you’re a Guest on the Disney Adventure, you can also find out if Animator’s Palate is one of the 3 restaurants in your assigned rotation.

Palo

Named after the signature long poles used by gondoliers in Venice, Palo serves an adult-exclusive restaurant serving Italian fare in an intimate setting.

Fine Italian cookery begins with artfully prepared antipasti, soft potato gnocchi piennolo in tomato sauce with kale or fritto di calamari e gamba marinara—or sip on a steaming stew of seafood favorites scented with basil and garlic. Continue with a plate of classic pasta, such as penne arrabbiata.

For your main course, be transported to the heart of Italy as you pamper your palate with freshly prepared specialties that include butternut agnolotti, seared sea scallops on celery root puree—or entice your taste buds with a house favorite: piquant dover sole (fileted tableside), garnished with nut brown butter garnished with chopped capers.

At Palo, incomparable Italian dining and impeccable service—sure to exceed your expectations—are always on the menu.

True to form, there’s an abundance of fine European wines and Italian-American-inspired cocktails like the Bellini and the Italian surfer—and cappuccino, espresso, lattes and café mochas.

Aqua Dunk

Experience a thrilling “high” seas adventure when the floor drops out and you drop in!

Located at the Forward Funnel on Deck 13, just behind the ship’s bright-red smokestack, this exhilarating waterslide takes you over the edge, literally—you’ll rocket over the side of the ship on a 20-foot curvature!

A loading capsule with a clear lid is where you’ll begin your trajectory, assisted by a Cast Member and an anticipation-building countdown. From your starting position towering nearly 37 feet above the decks below, brace yourself for the high-speed ride ahead as the floor beneath you falls away like a trap door. Then it’s down the hatch! Plummet 212 feet through a translucent tube that twists and turns to an unforgettable splashdown.

Restrictions: Guests must be at least 48" tall to ride the AquaDunk.

Quiet Cove Pool

Luxuriate in some relaxing alone time at this refuge expressly for Guests 18 and over.

Signals

Answer the call for rest and refreshment at this breezy bar next to the Quiet Cove Pool. Offering views of the sea, shore and sunset from Deck 9, Signals is a superb spot for breathing easy and savoring a mixed drink.

O'Gills Pub

The charming O’Gills Pub will have you feeling right at home—that is, if you live in Dublin.

This handsome pub, with dark woods, brass accents and 4-leaf clovers, is saturated in shades of green and flocked with shamrocks. It’s a boisterous, joyful tribute to traditional Irish street-corner pubs.

With plenty of room to spread out, converse and cheer your team on, O’Gills Pub is a place to grab a favorite refreshment, hang out, play board games or backgammon and catch live sporting events via satellite on high-definition televisions.

Walt Disney Theatre
