Dinaka

Situated within an exclusive private conservancy bordering the northern edge of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Dinaka offers stylish accommodation and friendly service amongst the unique biodiversity of the Kalahari. The area is home to a pride of Kalahari lions as well as springbok, Oryx and brown hyenas. Activities at the camp include morning and afternoon game drives, guided bush walks with San bushmen, stargazing, as well as excellent opportunities for birding. Between activities relax beside the pool, spot animals from the photographic hide or enjoy views of the bush and a permanent waterhole from the open-sided lounge. Delicious meals are served communally either in the main lodge area or on the deck. The eight spacious fan-cooled tents are connected by wooden walkways and all feature a private deck overlooking a permanent waterhole. Families are accommodated in a two bedroomed tent, sharing an en suite bathroom. The property also offers a sleep out deck where you can choose to spend the night under the African sky (book in advance).
