Pumba Bush Lodge

Absolutely loved our stay at Pumba Bush Lodge! Pumba totally exceeded my expectations.

The white lions are the main attraction at Pumba and we were lucky enough to spot them at various different times of the day (sometimes only through binoculars). We were lucky enough to have a young male walk alongside our vehicle as the sun was setting. We saw 4/5 of the Big 5 (no leopard) but there are SO many other animals to be spotted also. This is a great place for hippo, white rhino, elephants, giraffe and lynx! Whilst this is a fenced reserve, you rarely see the fences and it gives that remote, wild feeling you expect on safari.

The lodge itself it stunning and overlooks a huge floodplain with so much wildlife. Food was a great standard, service very relaxed and a mini bar constantly topped up - great all inclusive! The gym was a decent size and you can go at any time of day or night, decent equipment too.

I would highly recommend Pumba Bush Lodge to anyone!
