Accessible by boat from Lund on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast, this timber-built lodge in the heart of Desolation Sound is 100% owned by the Klahoose First Nation, offering a range of wilderness activities and the opportunity to learn about indigenous culture in a beautiful natural setting. With only 7 lodge rooms and cabins, Klahoose Wilderness Resort is a certified sustainable eco-resort, offering a highly personal stay. Embark on wildlife adventures on the lookout for marine life such as orcas, humpback whales, dolphins, porpoises and seals, along with eagles soaring above you. Further activities such as indigenous storytelling, hiking and wood carving are available, as well as a range of additional excursions payable locally including fishing trips and helicopter sightseeing tours. Sea kayakers, stand-up paddle boarders and intrepid swimmers can take advantage of the glassy waters of the Homfray Channel, or why not simply relax on the dock, boasting impressive views from every angle. In the evenings you can expect delicious locally prepared food followed by stargazing beside a campfire.

Please note Departs Thursdays (4 Day Package) or Sundays (5 Day Package), early-May to late-Aug • 3 night min stay applies • No children 9 & under • Resort activities subject to change depending on weather and local conditions

As we can offer you such a flexible choice of flights, we don't include international airfares with our hotel prices. The price you pay will be determined by the time of year you travel, your departure airport, airline and availability.
