Santa's Lapland Family Adventure - 3 night package

Escape to the magic of Lapland with this short break, staying in Rovaniemi town and an extra special night in a glass igloo in Santa’s Village. Enjoy snowy activities such as a reindeer sleigh ride and sled dog driving, keep your eyes peeled for the northern lights!

Day 1
Arrive into Rovaniemi, the official home of Santa and transfer to your hotel in the town centre. Settle into your room to relax or head out to explore the capital of Finnish Lapland before the exciting adventure begins tomorrow.

Days 2-3
Over the next few days exciting activities await! Test your driving skills with an exciting dog sledding experience! Your guide will introduce your team and show you how to drive the sled before you steer them off across the snowy landscape. Relax as you meet Santa’s fuzzy transport team - the gentle reindeer. Sit comfortably in the sleigh and soak up the nature around you as you glide through the peaceful forest. During your time in Lapland, you will head for Santa Claus Village in time to meet the man himself and explore his wintery home, right on the Arctic Circle. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for magical elves around the village! Spend a spectacular night in your own log cabin style glass igloo, with a glass dome over the bed and aurora alarm to wake you if the northern lights appear.

Day 4
Enjoy a morning at leisure or pop by to say goodbye to Santa before you transfer back to the office to return your winter wear and are taken to the airport for your onward flight.

Please note: Entry to Santa Claus Village and meeting Santa is free of charge. The use of personal cameras, phones and other recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Visitors can purchase photos and a video of their meeting with Santa locally.

Please note: Higher package prices apply when travelling during the peak Christmas holiday season. Travelling after the peak season often means a less busy, more cost effective experience. Santa is still available for visits and you will typically experience better snow conditions later in the season.
