The Olivar Suites

From the moment you arrive at The Olivar Suites you are immersed in luxury. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, and clients are transported to their accommodation by a buggy while receiving a brief tour of the hotel and its facilities.

The room was completely secure and not overlooked. Most of the accommodation is single storey, which adds to the relaxed, spacious atmosphere of the resort.

The suite itself was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a large bathroom with double sinks. The décor is modern and minimalist complemented by high quality toiletries, including a supply of towels including dedicated pool towels. The sunbeds were incredibly comfortable with the thickest mattresses I have ever seen on a sunbed.

A small road separates the accommodation from the restaurant, beach bar and the beach, but is easily crossed and never felt inconvenient.

The private beach offers plenty of sunbeds and offers beach towels which are readily available throughout the day. A particularly thoughtful touch is the service bell attached to each parasol, allowing clients to request drinks and food without leaving your sunbed. Complimentary water is regularly bought to clients along with refreshing extras such as sunglasses-cleaning wipes, fresh fruit and ice-cold towels later in the afternoon. The sea is calm and remains shallow for quite a distance making it ideal for swimming and paddling.

Breakfast is served in the main restaurant. They offer an impressive selection each day. Alongside a varied buffet of fresh fruit, Greek Yogurt, pastries, continental meats and cheeses, cereals and juices, there is also a menu from which you can order freshly prepared dishes, including bespoke breakfast options.

Overall, The Olivar Suites delivers a luxurious, relaxing and thoughtful curated experience, with outstanding service and excellent facilities throughout.

Top tip: The local area is well served by supermarkets, bars and family run Tavernas within a short walk of the hotel. The food in the Tavernas is very good and reasonably priced.
