Transformed from a 19th Century private villa, this luxurious and intimate property is nestled between the historic town of Merano and the stunning alpine mountains. Owned by the same family for generations, the Castel Rametz wine estate lies just steps away from the resort and guided tours and tastings are complimentary for guests upon request. Well based for a number of optional excursions, you are moments away from a myriad of breathtaking hiking and cycling trails. The shops and restaurants of Merano are a short drive or 30 minute walk away, and there is a fantastic 18 hole golf course nearby.

Dining here is a delight, with gastronomy drawing from sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, much of which comes from the hotel’s own organic farm. The Eden Park Restaurant serves deliciously healthy cuisine within three beautiful rooms or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the park and valley during the summer months. Alternatively, you could book dinner at the Tasting Room, helmed by the award-winning chef, Marcello Corrado for something special.
