Executive Plus Homes

The Executive Plus Homes are an excellent option in Orlando, especially for families. We visited Disney most days and the home was a welcome break from the busy days you can expect to have.

We were situated in Solana Circle in Kissimmee. This was about 20 minutes from Disney and 35 minutes from Universal. It’s worth giving yourself a little extra time to get to the parks, as traffic can get quite busy. We found the drives times on Google can take longer than it was suggesting at certain times of the day.

The space was more than enough for what we needed (we had a four bedroom house). We had a large kitchen/lounge and another large dining room/seating area. There was a games room, three bathrooms (two of which were en suite), and our own decent sized pool. It was kept well, and the standard of furniture and equipment provided was good. After a busy day at the parks with the hot climate, it was great to come back to a large space all to yourself.

Plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cutlery. As the villa is cleaned prior to arrival, there were no condiments from previous guests, but it was easy to get grocery items from Target and Publix supermarkets just a short drive away.

It was worth getting a barbecue (at an extra cost) as this was a nice extra to enjoy in warm evenings by the pool.

There was a ring binder provided at the house which had information about the house, garbage removal days, useful numbers, local amenities etc. Both Manny's Original Chophouse (great steak) and Keke's Breakfast Cafe (giant pancakes) are worth a visit if you are nearby.

Overall having a villa is a great option (especially for families) to have plenty of space and a place of respite to go back to from the busy parks.
