The Mike Gooley Trailfinders Charity was established in 1995 with a £1 million donation. Since then Trailfinders has donated in excess of £100 million to charities for medical research, military veterans, education and community projects.

In partnership with the Woodland Trust we have planted over one million trees which have the potential to store over 266,000 tonnes of carbon during their lifetime, and we have recently invested £2 million to aid the faster development of Sustainable Aviation Fuel.

The charity also matches funds up to £750 raised by staff for certain charities.

In 2008 Tristan Gooley, Trailfinders' Vice Chairman, became the second person ever and the first European to both fly solo and sail single handed across the Atlantic raising awareness of Prostate Cancer.
