- We do not recruit externally for any supervisory or management level positions in our sales departments. We believe that a key part of our continued success is down to the hard work and commitment of our travel consultants and prefer to encourage personal development and promote internally.
In addition to promotional prospects to senior sales roles there are also opportunities to advance into specialist sales areas which include the likes of First & Business Class Travel, Cruise, Private Touring, Weddings & Honeymoons, Groups & Corporate Travel. These teams are based primarily in London with some representation in other locations.
If initially starting in a sales support or administrative role we also develop and promote internally.
Recruitment for many of our head office roles in Kensington, London is also done internally so alternative career paths may be open to successful travel consultants in areas such as Product Development, Training & Development and IT.
