Newly recruited travel consultants undergo rigorous induction starting with 5 weeks intensive classroom based training at head office in London followed by on the job coaching and mentoring.

Ongoing in-house training and coaching is provided to support career development including a variety of tailored programmes, workshops and training days as well as regular product updates and educational and familiarisation trips.

For sales support and administrative roles in London (Kensington), Oxford and Dublin we generally offer an initial period of classroom based training to get a grounding in our systems, policies and procedures before on the job training within the supported team structure. As appropriate further in-house or external courses are offered to help individuals develop.
