Trailfinders has built its reputation on being "The Travel Experts" therefore for the position of travel consultant we look for a strong worldwide geographical knowledge and ideally first hand travel experience in areas such as Australia & New Zealand, USA & Canada and Asia. is a prerequisite. We also ask for prior work experience in customer service and target based sales.

Beyond this we do not require any specific experience in the travel industry or any industry qualifications. We place paramount importance on the quality of our in-house training & development and newly recruited travel consultants benefit from the best induction training in the industry.

For the occasional opportunities we have in administration and sales support roles your first hand travel experience is likely to be less relevant whereas it may be advantageous to have industry related experience although we always provide full training.
