As a day train, The Overland offers a great way of travelling between Melbourne and Adelaide.
Soak up a diverse range of landscapes from rugged mallee scrubland to fields of golden crops, over vast open plains and through gently rolling hills. The Overland passes through classic Australian country towns including Murray Bridge, Bordertown, Ararat and Geelong. The journey is a wonderful opportunity to relax in comfort, mingle with fellow guests and delight in the countryside along the way.

The Overland is a daylight service between Adelaide and Melbourne. Guests can choose between 2 levels of service, Red Standard and Red Premium.
