"So with the whole Iran situation we were suddenly unsure whether our long planned holiday of a lifetime would be able to go ahead. After a sleepless night we decided to be waiting at Trailfinders door when they opened this morning. We were greeted by Marie Dorsey who from the outset was calm , reassuring and professional. After 2 and a half hours of intense work Marie had rearranged 7 flights (and associated transfers) with only the loss of 1 day in Singapore. What a Star. "We had some challenges at the start of the holiday, due to the weather with our flight out of Aberdeen to London cancelled meaning we missed our connection to Singapore. BA re-booked us on a flight 2 days later and with a departure time that would make it very tight to catch another connection to Singapore. The revised booking, in my opinion, was not acceptable so I used the emergency contact details provided by Trailfinders and Mark White did a great job to re-book us on a flight the following day and at a time that gave us a much more realistic chance of catching a connection to Singapore."

"We booked our honeymoon to South Africa with Rory Campbell, we had an incredible time from start to finish, and we really couldn’t have hoped for any more from our honeymoon! From our initial chat with Rory, we were quickly able to map out a plan that sounded really exciting. We had some ideas around location, time of year, etc but we were also quite flexible across when and where we could go. After talking through a few ideas, we took Rory’s advice on dates & times to travel and came up with our priorities that we really wanted to work into our trip. Within a short space of time Rory had drafted an itinerary, taking in our flights, accommodation, transfers, day trips & tours that we wanted and could present the full trip to us. We had only planned to go in for an initial chat to get some ideas, but in the end we paid a booking deposit on the spot – we were absolutely delighted with everything, knew it was exactly the type of trip that we wanted and we were excited to get booked in! Rory was also great at ensuring the plan was in line with our budget and made sure we got the honeymoon feel in everywhere we stayed. We are home a few months from the honeymoon and other than complaints about it ending, we are still so happy with every leg of our holiday. South Africa is an amazing destination - we travelled in January/February and the weather was great, excellent food, wine and everything in between - all of our plans fell into place nicely. The App was also a really useful tool to keep track of all our holiday info, with the knowledge Rory was only a call away if we had any questions. We cannot recommend Rory or Trailfinders enough for an incredible honeymoon, and we are very grateful – thanks Rory!"
