Oberoi Philae - 6 Night Aswan to Luxor Nile Cruise

Day 1  Aswan                                                                                                        
Board your boat in time for a delicious lunch. Later visit the Nubian Museum, before returning to the ship for an evening cocktail reception.                      

Day 2  Aswan to Edfu                            
This morning visit Aswan’s High Dam and the temple relics of Philae. Sail to Kom Ombo and visit its impressive twin temple, before continuing to Edfu where you will moor for the evening.        

Day 3  Edfu to Luxor              
After breakfast enjoy a visit to the Edfu Temple, dedicated to the deities Horus and Hathor and a fantastic example of an Ancient Egyptian place of worship. Sail to Luxor and spend the afternoon relaxing in your cabin or making use of the onboard facilities.                      

Day 4  Luxor              
Rise early to explore the Valley of the Kings, where many of the great pharaohs were buried. Then visit the temple of Medinet Habu and stop at the Colossi of Memnon. This afternoon visit the magnificent temples of Luxor and Karnak.

Day 5  Luxor to Qena                  
Enjoy a relaxing morning as you sail to Qena. After lunch, enjoy an excursion to the Dendera Temple, one of the best preserved temple complexes in Egypt.

Day 6  Abydos to Luxor                  
This morning visit the ancient city of Abydos, Later return to Luxor and visit the Luxor Museum.  

Day 7  Luxor                      
Disembark your cruise and transfer to the airport or your hotel in Luxor.

Please note: for departures between October and February, depending on water levels, you may travel by road to Qena.
