Oberoi Philae - 6 Night Luxor to Aswan Nile Cruise

Day 1  Luxor to Qena                                                                                                          
Board your boat in time for a delicious lunch. Sail to Qena and visit the Dendera Temple, one of the best preserved temple complexes in Egypt.                        

Day 2  Abydos to Luxor                              
This morning visit the ancient city of Abydos, Later return to Luxor and visit the Luxor Museum.  

Day 3  Luxor                      
Morning at leisure. Later visit the magnificent temples of Luxor and Karnak.

Day 4  Luxor to Esna                  
Rise early to explore the Valley of the Kings, where many of the great pharaohs were buried. Then visit the temple of Medinet Habu and stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Sail to Esna and spend the afternoon relaxing in your cabin or making use of the onboard facilities.                        

Day 5  Esna to Kom Ombo                
After breakfast enjoy a visit to the Edfu Temple, dedicated to the deities Horus and Hathor and a fantastic example of an Ancient Egyptian place of worship. Sail to Kom Ombo and visit its impressive twin temple.  

Day 6  Kom Ombo to Aswan    
Depart for Aswan. Later visit the High Dam and the temple relics of Philae.  

Day 7  Aswan            
Disembark your cruise and transfer to the airport or your hotel in Aswan.

Please note: for departures between October and February, depending on water levels, you may travel by road to Qena.
