Day 1  Fly to Arusha
 
Day 2  Arusha      
On arrival in Arusha or Kilimanjaro transfer to your hotel. If you have an early arrival we recommend you book an additional experience.        

Days 3-5  Arusha to Serengeti National Park  
Take a scenic light aircraft flight into the vast plains of the Serengeti, Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park. You might get lucky and even see your first wildlife from the plane or your transfer to your lodge. Head out with your expert guide for morning and afternoon game drives to spot the Big 5 or, depending on the time of year, the famous migration of over two million zebra and wildebeest. For an unforgettable memory, we recommend adding a hot air balloon safari at dawn to your trip.      

Days 6-12  Serengeti National Park to Zanzibar        
Having had your fill of fantastic wildlife interactions, it’s time for a change of pace and to swap the safari jeep for a sun lounger! Leave the Serengeti behind and take a flight to the exotic island of Zanzibar, where crystal clear turquoise water laps powder white sand beaches. If you feel like exploring the island the historic capital Stone Town is a fun day tour with its traditional mosques and markets, or perhaps you’d prefer a boat tour out to Prison Island for some snorkelling.
   
Days 13-14  Fly home
