72 Hours in Marrakech

Day 1  Arrive in Morocco    
Fly to Marrakech and transfer to your hotel, your base from which to explore this vibrant city. The rest of the day is yours to discover Marrakech’s ancient architecture, narrow alleyways and colourful maze of souks. Tonight, enjoy dinner at one of the many street food stalls in the main square to experience some of the local delicacies and many flavours of Moroccan cuisine.    

Day 2  Marrakech      
Today is free to discover more of this city’s culture and enchanting streets – head to the Djemaa el Fna Square and find an abundance of atmospheric souks, street vendors, entertaining snake charmers and musical performances. Then perhaps head to the historic Medina and wander the fascinating, architectural sites that line the city such as the Saadian Tombs and the Koutoubia Minaret. Later this afternoon, why not take the time to visit the tranquil gardens of Jardin Majorelle and admire its Art Deco inspired design and exotic colours.                    

Day 3  Atlas Mountains                    
Today, travel just a short distance away from the hustle of Marrakech to spend the day in the heart of the Atlas Mountains – North Africa’s highest mountain range. With a private guide, drive through scenic valleys and take in these stunning landscapes. Along the way there are multiple occasions to stop and explore the remote Berber villages or take advantage of the speculator trekking opportunities, before enjoying a delicious lunch with panoramic views.
