Itinerary
Day 1 Fly to Cape Town
Days 2-4 Cape Town
Arrive into Cape Town and transfer to your hotel. This atmospheric city has a complex past that can be felt through the melting pot of cultures and architectural influences that blanket each distinct neighbourhood. Located between the imposing coastline of the Atlantic Ocean and the towering plateau of Table Mountain, explore the inspiring scenery and powerful legacy of this city with your 2 day hop-on hop-off bus ticket. Admire the landmarks from atop the bus, taking in the iconic sights of Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, Camps Bay, and even the view from Table Mountain. You’ll also get the opportunity to unwind on a canal or harbour cruise around the bustling V&A Waterfront.
Day 5 Cape Peninsula
Today it’s time to head to the beautiful beaches and stunning viewpoints of the dramatic Cape Peninsula. The sheltered Boulders Beach is a great place to swim while also observing the intriguing African penguin colony that call these sands home. Continue on the Chapman's Peak coastal road, until you reach Cape Point. This pristine nature reserve provides spectacular views which will leave you in awe before returning to Cape Town.
Day 6 Cape Winelands
This morning, you’ll be whisked away through the rolling hills of the Cape Winelands. Visit the elegant oak-lined streets of Stellenbosch, the French-inspired architecture present in Franschhoek and the home of the Afrikaans language, Paarl, on this winery tour before returning to Cape Town.
Day 7 Aquila Private GR
Just a 2 hour drive from Cape Town, the Aquila Private Game Reserve allows for an introduction to safari. Set amidst the biodiverse bushveld of the Klein Karoo, you can expect exciting wildlife encounters and tranquil landscapes. After your game drive, you will be brought back to Cape Town for the night.
Day 8 Cape Town
Enjoy your last day at leisure. Why not go shopping for souvenirs at the V&A Waterfront, or go for a bite to eat at the trendy Kloof Street?
Days 9-10 Fly home
