Days 1-2 Adelaide
Bordered by some of the country’s most renowned wine regions, Adelaide is overflowing with culture, entertainment, fabulous restaurants and outdoor bars. To really get a taste of South Australia’s exquisite local produce, take a tour of the famed Central Markets (Tue - Sat), where you’ll find everything from artisan cheeses and virgin olive oils, to freshly baked organic breads.

Day 3 Adelaide to Kangaroo Island
Pick up your car and travel south to Cape Jervis to board the ferry to remarkable Kangaroo Island, nicknamed ‘Australia’s Natural Zoo’!

Days 4-5 Kangaroo Island
Kangaroo Island is a place of pristine beauty with rugged coastlines and an amazing array of wildlife. Get up close to sea lions and fur seals, discover koalas snoozing in the gum trees above and spot kangaroos and wallabies at every turn. Experience extraordinary local produce and warm Aussie hospitality across the island.

Day 6 Kangaroo Island to Fleurieu Peninsula
Catch the ferry back to the mainland and head east to Victor Harbor on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Day 7 Fleurieu Peninsula
A local’s getaway, the Fleurieu Peninsula is known for its wineries but also boasts white sand beaches and pretty bays, peppered with beachfront restaurants overlooking the ocean. Split your time between exploring the coast and discovering the vineyards of McLaren Vale, enjoying tastings at traditional family-run cellar doors, or visiting the contemporary vineyards of Mitolo and the d’Arenberg Cube – a five storey Rubik’s Cube-inspired structure perched amongst the rolling green vines.

Day 8 Fleurieu Peninsula to Barossa Valley
Enjoy the easy drive north passing through the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Spend the afternoon sampling delightful wines or relax in style in the gorgeous surroundings of your cottage accommodation.

Day 9 Barossa Valley
Soak up the atmosphere of the enchanting Barossa Valley; visit wineries, pretty villages and indulge in a long lunch. This afternoon, visit historic Seppeltsfield Estate to join a wine educator for a tour, tasting your birth year vintage straight from the barrel.

Day 10 Barossa Valley to Adelaide
Head back to Adelaide to catch your onward flight, or continue exploring this incredible state with an adventure either into the Flinders Ranges outback, along the peaceful Murray River or off the beaten track to the seafood hub of the Eyre Peninsula.
