Itinerary
Days 1-2 Fly to Melbourne
Fly to Melbourne.
Day 3 Melbourne
Arrive into mellow Melbourne. It’s the perfect place to catch some culture – or simply stroll along the Southbank, grab a flat white and eat your way around this city’s eclectic array of cafés and restaurants.
Days 4-10 Melbourne to Adelaide
Once you’ve had your fill, pick up a Mighty Camper in Melbourne for the drive of your life – along the iconic Great Ocean Road! While it’s possible to whizz around this rugged coastline in a couple of days, you won’t regret taking your time. As well as admiring the ocean views, you can chill out on the sand dunes of Apollo Bay, hit the surf in Torquay and even encounter emus and koalas at an extinct volcano in Great Otway National Park.
Day 11 Adelaide
Drop off your motorhome in friendly Adelaide. Not ready to leave? Ask your Trailfinders Travel Academy consultant how to tag on a trip to magical Kangaroo Island.
Days 12-13 Fly home
After a last night sampling the foodie scene of Adelaide, make your way to the airport for your flight home.
