Day 1 Broome to Fitzroy Crossing
Depart early in the morning along the Gibb River Road to Windjana Gorge and Tunnel Creek, a natural tunnel carved through the Napier Range. Later, continue to Fitzroy Crossing.
Day 2 Fitzroy Crossing to Purnululu NP
Travel to Danggu Geikie Gorge National Park and explore Geikie Gorge. Board a cruise and learn about the flora and fauna of this spectacular region. Enjoy a visit to Halls Creek, before travelling to World Heritage listed Purnululu National Park. Later, settle into the Bungle Bungle Wilderness Lodge.
Day 3 Purnululu NP
Marvel at the majestic beehive domes of the Bungle Bungle Range as your guide brings their natural history to life. Walk along the winding gorge of Piccaninny Creek, then visit the natural amphitheatre of Cathedral Gorge, a spacious cavern whose acoustics are astounding. evening, enjoy drinks as the sun sets over the striking domes of the Bungle Bungle Range.
Day 4 Purnululu NP to Kununurra
Enjoy a spectacular hike to Echidna Chasm. Afterwards, arrive in Kununurra.
Day 5 Kununurra to El Questro
Join a wildlife cruise on the Ord River, an area rich in wildlife and flora. Travel back to Kununurra, then journey to the incredible El Questro. Later, dine at your resort.
Day 6 El Questro to Home Valley
Head to Zebedee Springs, a natural thermal spring located within a secluded pocket of El Questro’s rainforest. Afterwards, hike to Emma Gorge and swim beneath its towering droplet waterfall. Cross the Pentecost River into Home Valley Station, an immense cattle property. Head to a superb viewing area and savour an inspirational sunset over the Cockburn Range, with a drink in hand.
Days 7-8 Home Valley to Bell Gorge
At Manning Gorge, you’ll enjoy lunch in the shade of boab trees. Continue to Galvans Gorge, where a short walk leads to a picturesque waterhole. Inspect the Wandjina rock art on the gorge walls. Later, arrive at Bell Gorge Wilderness Lodge for dinner. On day eight, travel to Bell Gorge, with its series of tiered waterholes. Hike to the lower pool of the gorge and swim below its cascading waterfall, or enjoy a spot of bird-watching.
Day 9 Bell Gorge to Broome
Travel along the Gibb River Road to Derby to visit the Mowanjum Art and Culture Centre. Afterwards, venture out to see the fascinating Boab Prison Tree. Today, the hollow tree is a registered Indigenous site of great cultural significance. This afternoon, return to Broome where your tour concludes.
