Day 1 Broome
Arrive in Broome and be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy time at leisure this evening at your beautiful resort. Head to the Sunset Bar and Grill to see one of Australia’s best sunsets over Cable Beach
Day 2 Broome to Fitzroy Crossing
Journey along the Gibb River Road, passing spectacular landscapes of dramatic gorges, deep rock pools and spectacular waterfalls. See crocodiles and ancient marine fossils at Windjana Gorge, then continue to Fitzroy Crossing.
Day 3 Fitzroy Crossing to Purnululu National Park
Travel to Danggu Geikie Gorge National Park and explore magnificent Geikie Gorge. Continue to the stunning World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park, home to the famous Bungle Bungle Range.
Day 4 Purnululu National Park
Discover the Bungle Bungle Range in Punululu, created by 20 million years of erosion. Walk along Picanniny Creek to Cathedral Gorge and marvel at the beehive domes.
Day 5 Purnululu National Park to Kununurra
Join a hike into Echinda Chasm, a spectacular natural cleft in the rock. Leave the Bungle Bungle Range behind as you travel onto Kununurra, the gateway to the eastern Kimberley.
Day 6 Kununurra
Travel to the majestic Lake Argyle for a spectacular wildlife cruise on the mighty Ord River. Later, enjoy a sunset cruise on the tranquil Lake Kununurra.
Day 7 Kununurra to El Questro Wilderness Park
Visit Parry’s Lagoon, a splendid birdwatchers paradise. Stop in Wyndham and enjoy the spectacular views of Cambridge Gulf before you continue to remarkable El Questro Wilderness Park.
Day 8 El Questro Wilderness Park to Home Valley Station
Soak in the glorious hot pools of Zebedee Springs and hike to Emma gorge, where you can take a revitalising swim before crossing the Pentecoast River into Home Valley Station. Experience a true outback adventure and discover the captivating scenery of Baz Luhrmann's epic movie 'Australia'.
Day 9 Home Valley Station to Mitchell Plateau
Rejoin the Gibb River road and ford the Durack River towards APT’s unique Wilderness Lodge in Mitchell Plateau.
Day 10 Mitchell Plateau
Take a guided hike to Little Mertens Falls to view rare Aboriginal art before arriving at Mertens falls. Enjoy an included helicopter flight over the falls and surrounding wilderness.
Day 11 Mitchell Plateau to Drysdale River Station
Visit Wandjina and Bradshaw Art galleries and swim in the clear waters at King Edward River Later, arrive at Drysdale River Station and enjoy a unique stay at this historic cattle property.
Day 12 Drysdale River Station to Bell Gorge
Travel through Kimberley cattle country to Manning Gorge and enjoy lunch in the shade of boab trees. Continue to Galvans Gorge where you can take a refreshing leisurely swim in the pristine waters of the picturesque waterhole.
Day 13 Bell Gorge
Enjoy a morning hike to Bell Gorge and take a relaxing dip below the cascading waterfall.
