Days 1-2 St John’s
With ancient folklore, lively music and colourful streets, North America’s most easterly city effortlessly blends small town charm with a sophisticated edge.

Day 3 St John’s to Trinity
After a morning whale watching tour, pick up your car and drive to pretty Trinity on the Bonavista Peninsula.

Day 4 Bonavista Peninsula
Explore the area’s spectacular scenery and quaint towns and go in search of the elusive puffin.

Day 5 Bonavista Peninsula to Gander
Drive to friendly Gander via the Oceanside wilderness of Terra Nova National Park.

Day 6 Gander to Fogo Island
Drive to Farewell for a scenic ferry ride to tiny Fogo Island and the exclusive haven of Fogo Island Inn.

Days 7-8 Fogo Island
An unforgettable and remarkable luxury experience on the secluded rocky shores of the Atlantic Ocean awaits. Enjoy a variety of activities, award-winning dining and remarkable views.

Day 9 Fogo Island to Corner Brook
After breakfast take the ferry back to the mainland and drive to Corner Brook.

Day 10 Corner Brook to St Anthony
Drive up the Viking Trail as it snakes towards the northern tip of Newfoundland. On arrival to St Anthony, visit L’Anse aux Meadows Viking settlement.

Day 11 St Anthony to Quirpon Island
This morning, enjoy the small town or between June and September, take a guided iceberg and whale boat trip into Iceberg Alley in search of these two giants. Later approx 4pm, meet your Zodiac boat transfer to Quirpon Island.

Day 12 Quirpon Island
Plenty of hiking trails, optional boat and canoe trips and the refreshing outdoors are on offer at this simple but delightful lighthouse stay.

Day 13 Quirpon Island to Rocky Harbour
Return by Zodiac boat transfer to the mainland then retrace your steps to the geological delight of Gros Morne National Park.

Days 14-15 Gros Morne NP
Explore the natural wonders of this epic national park, with hiking trails, peaks, fjords and coastal pathways. Local fauna include moose, caribou and black bear.

Day 16 Rocky Harbour to Clarenville
Head into the heart of the island to the friendly town of Clarenville.

Day 17 Clarenville to St John’s
Drive to tiny Ferryland south of St John’s, try a delicious lunch at ‘Lighthouse Picnics’ and walk the coastal path. Later, drive to St John’s for your flight home.
