Itinerary

Days 1-2  Halifax  
Fly into Halifax, the vibrant waterfront capital of Nova Scotia. Visit the Citadel for panoramic views of the harbour. Stroll along the boardwalk and discover fantastic eateries and museums.  

Day 3  Halifax to Lunenburg  
Pick up your car to begin your coastal journey. Pass through Peggy’s Cove to see its famous lighthouse, before continuing to Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage town known for its colourful waterfront.  

Day 4  Lunenburg to Digby  
Today travel to Digby via the lush forests of Kejimkujik National Park.  

Day 5  Digby  
Spend today exploring attractive Digby and indulging in its world-famous, succulent scallops while admiring amazing views of the Bay of Fundy.

Day 6  Digby to Moncton  
Take the ferry across the bay to St John, New Brunswick and drive to Moncton.  

Day 7  Fundy  
NP Explore Fundy National Park’s natural wonders, including the towering Hopewell Rocks, where you can witness the spectacle of the world’s highest tides.  

Day 8  Moncton to Charlottetown  
Drive across Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island. In Charlottetown, take in charming streets, historic sites and local cuisine.

Day 9  Georgetown  
Venture to the quaint fishing town of Georgetown to discover one of the island’s iconic lighthouses and sample some of the delicious seafood on offer.  

Day 10  Charlottetown to Halifax  
Head back to delightful Halifax.  

Day 11  Halifax to St John’s  
Fly into Newfoundland and pick up your car. Spend the afternoon exploring historic port city St John’s, where colourful houses line steep streets. Relish the taste of freshly caught seafood at a harbourside restaurant.  

Day 12  St John’s  
Enjoy a morning whale watching tour, where you might catch sight of humpback whales, seabirds, and icebergs. Later, visit Signal Hill for panoramic views of the harbour.

Day 13  St John’s to Trinity  
Today drive to the picturesque town of Trinity. Stroll through this historic fishing village, known for its well-preserved buildings and charming atmosphere.  

Day 14  Trinity  
Take a hike on the nearby Skerwink Trail  for stunning coastline views, before relaxing in one of Trinity’s quaint cafés.  

Day 15  Trinity to Gander  
Travel inland towards Gander, passing through Terra Nova National Park on your way. Visit the North Atlantic Aviation Museum to learn about Gander’s pivotal role in aviation history.  

Day 16  Gander  
Take a trip from Gander to Twillingate, a beautiful coastal town renowned for iceberg sightings and whale watching.

Days 17-18  Fly home  
Make the drive back to St John’s in time  for your evening flight.
