Vancouver to Whistler Ski Holiday

Day 1  Vancouver
Fly to Vancouver and settle into your hotel before enjoying a relaxed afternoon exploring this charming waterfront city.

Days 2-3  Vancouver
Vancouver generally enjoys mild winters, meaning it’s comfortable to walk around and explore. Hotels are fantastic value compared to the summer and the city’s excellent restaurants and bars are still buzzing. Try the fresh, local delicacies at the bustling market on Granville Island such as fresh Pacific seafood, artisanal meats, and gourmet sweets. Perhaps enjoy a walk or cycle around the scenic trails of Stanley Park, hit the shops on Robson Street, or pick up tickets to see an exciting Canucks ice hockey game. If you just can’t wait to be in the mountains, there are a plethora of fun winter activities at Grouse Mountain.

Day 4  Vancouver to Whistler
Today, relax and admire the breathtaking scenery as you journey by coach to Whistler, just two hours north of Vancouver. Spend the rest of the afternoon unwinding and embrace the ambient atmosphere and dramatic views at this friendly ski resort.

Days 5-10  Whistler
Whistler is a former Olympic host and is frequently voted the top ski resort in North America. The Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains offer phenomenal ski terrain and are both easily accessible within the same day thanks to the record-breaking Peak 2 Peak Gondola. The pedestrian-friendly village has excellent hotels, great restaurants and a lively après-ski scene. If you fancy a day off the slopes, there’s a wide array of other activities including dogsled tours and ziplines. Alternatively, simply soothe your aching muscles in the steaming outdoor pools at the Scandinave Spa.

Days 11-12  Transfer to Vancouver and fly home
