Croatia & Back Again

Day 1  Dubrovnik      
Fly to Dubrovnik and make your way to your hotel on the Lapad Peninsula. Just a 15 minute drive from the old town, this picturesque area offers pebble beaches and crystal clear waters.

Days 2-3  Dubrovnik  
Spend the next two days exploring this historical city. Join your included Game of Thrones Tour and spend some time discovering the city’s rich history in the cobbled streets of the old town.

Day 4  Dubrovnik to Makarska      
Collect your car and cross the border into Bosnia & Herzegovina. Perhaps stop at the UNESCO World Heritage listed medieval town of Pocitelj, a beautiful walled town built on a rocky cliff. Continue to the spectacular Kravice Waterfalls, an outstanding natural attraction where the Trebizat River plummets 25m into an emerald pool. Take a swim in the pristine pools or hire a kayak and immerse yourself in Herzegovinian nature before crossing back over the Croatian border and settling in at your hotel on the Makarska Riviera.

Days 5-6  Makarska    
Enjoy two full days of relaxing in the pretty seaside town of Makarska. Admire the impressive backdrop of Mount Biokovo and the views of the Dalmatian Islands from the beach.

Day 7  Makarska to Split          
Depart Makarska and drop off your car in Split before heading to your hotel in the heart of the old town.

Days 8-9  Split  
Step back in time and stroll the charming cobblestone streets in the footsteps of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Visit amazing landmarks along the way and opt to sample the local delicacies.

Day 10  Fly home      
Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
