Itinerary

Day 1  Split
Fly to the Dalmatian city of Split and transfer to your hotel.

Days 2-3  Split
With a vibrant restaurant scene and Roman monuments scattered throughout the warren of ancient streets, there is plenty to explore, including Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 4  Split to Hvar
Hop on a ferry to the picturesque island of Hvar. Soak up the views as you cruise through the Adriatic before arriving at the old town harbour.

Day 5  Hvar
Spend today exploring Hvar Town. An old town full of contrasts, the grand limestone buildings stand out against the stylish beach bars and glamorous mega yachts dotted in the picturesque harbour. In the afternoon, why not hike up to the surrounding fortresses for incredible views.

Day 6  Hvar
One of the sunniest islands in the Adriatic, take some time to kick back at one of the chic beach bars. If you’re feeling active, perhaps head inland and visit the lavender fields, olive groves and vineyards nestled at the heart of this beautiful island.

Day 7  Hvar to Korcula
This morning, you will be transferred to the port to board a local ferry to the island of Korcula. Surrounded by medieval walls, the town is a mini fortress standing out against the island’s verdant hillside.

Days 8-9  Korcula
Korcula is famous for its extensive vineyards and indigenous wines. This afternoon, visit Lumbarda and enjoy the gorgeous views while walking between some of the family-owned wineries, of course stopping off for wine tasting along the way.

Day 10  Korcula to Dubrovnik
A final ferry journey brings you to the famous city of Dubrovnik.

Days 11-12  Dubrovnik
Discover Dubrovnik on a walking tour through ancient streets and gain insight into the city’s colourful past. Head to the old port and learn of the city’s trading and maritime endeavours.

Day 13  Fly home

Additional Options: Extend Your Stay - Why not add some time in Mljet and Brac to this holiday? These distinct islands of the Dalmatian Coast offer a lush natural paradise in Mljet and some of the best beaches in Croatia on Brac. Alternatively, the neighbouring diverse landscape of Montenegro is well worth a visit. Ask your Trailfinders travel consultant for more details.
