Itinerary
Hop aboard the Eurostar to Paris and make your way across the city before a relaxing train journey through the French countryside to Nice. Arrive into Nice on the glorious French Riviera and collect your car for a short drive down the coast to Cannes.
Day 2 Cannes
Enjoy a day relaxing on the beach, browsing the boutique designer shops and marvelling at the luxurious yachts moored in the harbour. This afternoon, take a walk through the steep winding streets of Le Suquet, Cannes medieval old quarter.
Day 3 Monaco
This morning perhaps take the short train ride to Monaco, enjoying spectacular sea views en route as the train winds its way along the coast. Spend the day soaking up the glamour of Monte Carlo, famous for the prestigious Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Day 4 Antibes
Today take a short drive north to the historic town of Antibes. Home to ‘Picasso’s Trail’, a rugged coastal walk passing through areas of inspiration for the artists’ most iconic works. After the trail maybe visit the Picasso Museum or drive to the stunning medieval town of St Paul de Vence.
Days 5-9 Cannes to Provence
Say goodbye to the city and take a gentle drive to the rolling hills and stunning scenery of Provence. Enjoy lazy afternoons by the pool and feast on some of the best food and wine in the world. If you feel like exploring, the area boasts a collection of medieval abbeys, Roman ruins and charming towns, as well as a multitude of walking trails and cycling paths, perfect for day trips.
Days 10-11 Marseille
Drive to the dazzling city of Marseille, home to ancient sites, pretty beaches and a beautiful old port, lined with lively waterfront cafés. Enjoy a couple days to explore at leisure.
Day 12 Marseille to London
Drop off your car before boarding your train back to Paris, making your own way across the city to board the Eurostar to London.
