Venice Simplon-Orient-Express (Paris to Venice)

Day 1  Paris to Venice                          
Check in at Paris Austerlitz station.* Settle into your private cabin, soon it will be time for dinner. A delicious four-course dinner will be served in one of the splendid restaurant cars. Later, you may wish to linger in Bar Car '3674', listening to the resident pianist play the baby grand and chatting to fellow passengers before you retire for the night. When you are ready, retire to your cabin, which has now been transformed into a cosy bedroom.                  

Day 2  Venice Simplon-Orient Express      
You awake to the magnificent mountain and countryside scenery as breakfast is served in your cabin. Spend the morning in the Bar Car chatting to fellow travellers over coffee. Enjoy a leisurely three-course lunch served in another of the beautiful restaurant cars. While away the afternoon relaxing in your cabin admiring the spectacular scenery. Later, a selection of pastries are served in your cabin. All too soon it is time to prepare to disembark as the train crosses the Venetian Lagoon and pulls into Santa Lucia station.
