Day 2  Tbilisi
Head from your hotel on a walking tour of Tbilisi. Founded in the 6th Century, this city has been a cultural melting pot between Europe and Asia resulting in a unique architectural style with narrow cobblestone streets and bustling local markets. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before strolling through Meidan Square and Rustaveli Avenue. In the evening, relax at your leisure.

Day 3  Tbilisi to Gudauri
Journey northward towards Ananuri where the Ananuri Fortress Complex is nestled along the Zhinvali Dam. The journey continues to Kazbegi with lunch at a local guesthouse and a Khinkali masterclass to learn how to make the traditional dumpling dish. Afterwards, visit Gergeti Trinity Church, perched dramatically on a hilltop against the backdrop of Mount Kazbgi before going onwards to Gudauri.

Day 4  Gudauri to Telavi
In the morning, travel to Telavi before exploring the bazaar and sampling some locally produced artisanal goods. Uncover the rich heritage of this charming town.

Visit Alaverdi Cathedral, a centre of education and religious activity during the medieval period before continuing to Kvareli and its scenic vineyards. Enjoy lunch with a masterclass of making churchkhela and after, drive to Sighnaghi, a picturesque town overlooking the Alazani Valley before returning to Tbilisi.

Day 6  Tbilisi
