Enchanting Elounda

Day 1 Crete                  
Your adventure begins as you fly into Crete, Greece’s largest island. Transfer to your hotel in Elounda, where you can spend the rest of the day relaxing beside the Aegean Sea. With all of our resorts boasting a wealth of facilities, take a refreshing dip in the pool before watching the sunset with a drink and some delicious local cuisine.                  

Days 2-7 Crete  
Crete During your stay, perhaps venture out from your beautiful hotel to discover the charming town of Elounda, boasting distinct Greek charm and a pretty harbour where fishing boats bob in the sparkling water. Elounda’s streets are packed with authentic tavernas and all around this quiet spot in northern Crete are spectacular golden sand beaches waiting to be discovered. There is plenty more to explore, with a wealth of history, from unique windmills to ancient fortresses, all a short walk away. Just south of Elounda is the Spinalonga Peninsula where the remains of the submerged ancient city of Olous lay. For history enthusiasts, head over to Spinalonga Island by boat. Once a former leper colony due to its isolated location, enjoy roaming around this unique island whilst admiring the blue waters that seemingly drift into clear sky.
