Days 1-3  Venice  
Fly into Venice where you will transfer by private water taxi to your hotel, the 5★ Gritti Palace. Admire the opulent furnishings and exceptional art, demonstrating the property’s rich past. Enjoy a peaceful Grand Canal boat trip, drifting past some of the most iconic symbols of the city and on the following day, explore the most renowned Venice landmarks with skip the line admission.          

Days 4-6  Milan  
Today, take a private water taxi to Venice train station to board your train to Milan. On arrival, transfer to the converted 18th Century palazzo 5H Park Hyatt Milan. Admire thearchitectural wonders of Milan on your included day tour, taking in splendid landmarks such as Sforza Castle, Piazza della Scala, and the famous Via Dante. View one of the world’s most celebrated artworks, Da Vinci’s ‘The Last Supper’, with commentary from your art historian guide. Visit the spectacular cathedral and wander inside to admire the intricate details of the building, which took over 600 years to complete.  

Days 7-9  Rapallo  
After savouring an Italian espresso, make your way to Milan train station and board your train to Rapallo. Enjoy a few nights at one of Italy’s most well-known retreats, the 5★ Excelsior Palace Portofino Coast. Opt to visit Sanctuary of our Lady Montallegro, nestled on the hillside, or instead, soar above the city and watch the sun set from the Rapallo Montallegro Cableway. Day 10  Fly home          
Transfer by rail to Pisa, in time for your flight home.
