Days 1-3  Rome  
Say Ciao as you arrive in Italy’s exciting capital city, Rome. Explore this ancient city’s historic sights and pretty piazzas over the next three days. Bring history to life as you join a family-friendly tour of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Learn about the history of gladiators, as your guide shares thrilling stories and interactive games to keep both children and adults entertained. Perhaps also visit the fascinating museums of the Vatican City and the Trevi Fountain, making a wish to return to Rome as you toss a coin over your shoulder.  

Day 4  Rome to Florence  
All aboard the train to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance renowned for its outstanding art and architecture. After settling into your hotel, the rest of the day is free to begin discovering this charming city.

Days 5-6  Florence  
Head to the world-class museums to see the inspiring paintings and sculptures of famous artists: Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Botticelli. In a country known for its cuisine, the following day learn the secrets to how some of their most famous food is made during a fun cooking class. With the guidance of an Italian chef create traditional pizzas and rich, creamy gelato, and after enjoy savouring the tastes of your delicious creations.  

Day 7  Florence to Venice  
Say arrivederci to Florence as you board a first-class train for charming Venice and make your way to your hotel, with the rest of the day at leisure.  

Days 8-9  Venice  
Explore the unique wonders of this city at your own pace. Built over 100 small islands separated by canals, Venice is the perfect place to get lost wandering through labyrinthine alleys and crossing many bridges to discover the hidden gems. Watch gondolas bobbing down the waterways and see the iconic Rialto Bridge over the Grand Canal. Visit the main square for the spectacular St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge Palace, the impressive former seat of government of the Venetian Republic.

Day 10  Venice  
Make your way to the airport for your flight home.
