Tuscan Family Adventure

Day 1  Florence  
Fly into the capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and take your private transfer to your hotel. Spend the afternoon walking through the historic streets.

Day 2  Florence  
Today, enjoy time to explore at your own pace, perhaps taking in works of Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery or admiring the marbled beauty of Michelangelo’s David. After, roll up your sleeves in your included cookery class under the watchful eye of a local chef. Learn top tips as you make pizza and authentic Italian ice cream before eating your tasty creations.

Day 3  Florence  
With another free day in Florence, why not opt to take the train to Pisa. No trip here is complete without a family photo with the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Back in Florence perhaps spend your final evening climbing the steps of the Florence Duomo for breathtaking views of the city.

Days 4-10  Florence to Rural Tuscany  
Pick up your car from the city and begin the journey south into the rolling hills of Tuscany for your villa stay. With the flexibility of a car you can decide how to spend your time in this picturesque region – if you can drag yourselves away from the pool! With natural beauty on your doorstep, why not take the opportunity to rent bikes and cycle the small roads linking the surrounding towns and hamlets. If you want to see some more of the beautiful Italian coastline, drive down to the Parco della Maremma. This coastal area in the south of Tuscany boasts long stretches of sandy beaches for the whole family to enjoy.

Day 11  Fly home  
Drive back to Florence airport to drop off your car in time for your flight home.
