Walking the Amalfi Coast & Villages

Day 1  Corpo di Cava    
Fly to Naples and transfer to your hotel.          
         
Day 2  Corpo di Cava    
Your first day of walking takes you to the village’s impressive Benedictine monastery, followed by a circular route that boasts wonderful coastal panoramas. If you’re feeling energetic, continue over the Lattari mountains where rewarding views of Mount Vesuvius await.    

Day 3  Corpo di Cava to Ravello
The day starts with a transfer to the coastal town of Maiori. From here, you ascend ancient stone steps past    
fragrant lemon groves to the late 11th Century Convent of San Nicola. Descend through woodland to one of Italy's most beautiful towns, Ravello.  

Day 4  Ravello            
Today’s walking options follow an ancient route to cross Valle del Dragone and reach Torre dello Ziro, one of Amalfi’s oldest watchtowers. From there you can follow one of two paths along the coast and back to Ravello.  

Day 5  Ravello to Bomerano  
Embark on an epic journey to your next destination. From Ravello, take a panoramic path to enter Valle delle Ferriere nature reserve. You can then either descend a stepped pathway to Amalfi or ascend a more challenging route to the Agerola Plain where your host will collect and transfer you onwards.    

Day 6  Bomerano to Positano          
Today’s adventure will take you along the very popular ‘Paths of the Gods’ with views stretching as far as the island of Capri. Walk down to Positano and keep your eyes peeled for peregrine falcons on your way.    

Day 7  Positano      
Perhaps choose a thrilling route today that takes you through the wild, rugged mountainside behind Positano. Ascend via a well-preserved mule-track for magnificent views over Positano. Alternatively, spend your final day exploring the alleyways of Positano.  

Day 8  Positano        
Transfer back to Naples for your onward flight home.
