Board the Eurostar and be whisked off to Paris. Transfer to your hotel, your base from which to explore this stunning city. Tonight, why not head out to sample some glorious French cuisine. Renowned for gastronomy, you won’t struggle to find a cosy neighbourhood bistro or top fine-dining experience to cater for every taste.

Day 2  Paris
Stroll through the spectacular Jardin des Tuileries and visit the Musee de L’Orangerie designed by Claude Monet to showcase his giant water lily canvases. Continue to the famous Champs Elysees and the L’Arc de Triomphe, the backdrop to many a national celebration. Head to the Sacre Coeur Basilica, this white domed church houses beautiful stained glass windows in addition to offering far reaching views of the city. After dinner, perhaps take a night time ride up the Eiffel Tower and admire the stunning vistas.

Day 3  Paris
Why not take a day trip out to the Palace of Versailles, the fabulous home of King Louis XIV and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the Hall of Mirrors, reflecting the grand gardens through the arch windows. The amazing gardens offer over 200 acres of manicured lawns and fountains. This evening why not take a cruise along the River Seine and soak up stunning city views as the sun sets.

Day 4  Paris to Brussels, Belgium
Start the day with a visit to the world’s biggest art museum, the Louvre. Among the many masterpieces is Da Vinci’s iconic Mona Lisa, whose identity still remains a mystery. Later, make your way to Paris Gare du Nord to catch your train to Brussels. This afternoon, you can begin exploring this quirky, historic city. How about visiting the iconic Grand Place in Brussels’ medieval heart? Stop for a refreshing drink in one of the many cafés as you admire the square’s magnificent architecture.

Day 5  Brussels
This morning, perhaps visit the Musées Royal des Beaux-Arts. This expansive museum complex is home to the prestigious Old Masters Museum and a collection of European masterpieces, spanning over 400 years. This afternoon, perhaps indulge and sample Belgium’s chocolate.

Day 6  Brussels
Today, why not make the short trip to Parc du Cinquantenaire. This extensive park has become an icon of the city. Take some time to explore its magnificent arch and beautiful gardens. Later, why not visit the elegant Royal Palace of Brussels. Admire its grand architecture and, if you’re travelling in the summer, perhaps venture inside for a closer look.

Day 7  Brussels to Amsterdam, The Netherlands
This morning, why not make a final stop at the Atomium? Originally constructed for the 1958 Brussels World Expo, this unique structure has become a monument of the city. Explore the various exhibits inside several of the domes and enjoy panoramic views over the city. This afternoon, catch your train to Amsterdam. Once you’ve arrived, get a feel for this vibrant city by exploring the cobblestone streets in the city’s historic heart and the central Dam Square with the striking Palace of The Queen and Nieuwekerk.

Day 8  Amsterdam
Join a local Amsterdammer on a small group tour, exploring Amsterdam in the only way possible, by bike. Get the ultimate local perspective on the city’s incredible array of dykes, bridges and canals, while hearing some of Amsterdam’s quirky tales.
