Itinerary
Your adventure begins as you fly into Madeira, taking in the magnificent scenery of this dramatic island. Pick up your car and drive to your hotel in Funchal, where you can spend the rest of the day enjoying the excellent family friendly facilities.
Day 2 Funchal
This morning, take a ride on Funchal’s cable car to the hilltop town of Monte and enjoy the stunning views of Madeira’s epic mountain landscape and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. After snapping some photos, enjoy a family lunch or perhaps head back downhill and pay a visit to Funchal’s Uaucacau chocolate shop.
Days 3-7 Funchal
Enjoy an exciting week lapping up Madeira’s year round sunshine. Hop in the car for scenic drives to volcanic black sand beaches, breathtaking view points including the unmissable Cabo Girão Skywalk, plenty of scenic walking routes waiting to be explored and the amazing natural sea pools of Porto Moniz. Back at your hotel, savour a range of delicious dining options and revel in the fun activities at the kids’ club.
Day 8 Funchal
After a fun-filled family holiday, enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel before dropping off your car at the airport ahead of your onward flight.
