Undoubtedly one of the greatest trekking regions on earth, the Annapurna Sanctuary is absolutely breathtaking. The highlight is surely reaching Annapurna Base Camp, a spectacular wilderness located at 4,310m.

Day 1 Kathmandu
Arrive in Nepal’s mesmerising capital city. There will be a full trek briefing from your experienced guide this evening.
Day 2 Kathmandu to Birethanti
Depart early this morning and drive to Naya Pul. From there, it’s a short walk to Birethanthi.
Day 3 Birethanti to Lower Banthanti
The trek starts today as you follow the Burungdi Khola upstream, eventually reaching Lower Banthanti.
Day 4 Lower Banthanti to Upper Ghorepani
The trail passes through rhododendron forest this morning as you climb steeply for much of the day to Upper Ghorepani.
Day 5 Upper Ghorepani to Chuili
You may wish to begin the day with an optional sunrise ascent of Poon Hill. Afterwards, begin the descent to Chuili. There are some steep sections and undulating terrain, providing amazing views of Annapurna South.
Day 6 Chuili to Chhomrong
Descend steeply through the forest to the Kyumnu Khola River before ascending sharply to Chhomrong.
Day 7 Chhomrong to Dobhan
Much of today is undulating terrain through dense jungle. Pause for lunch before you reach Dobhan.
Day 8 Dobhan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp
A challenging day today as you ascend to 3,700m. Climb up past Hinko Cave and cross a ravine as the trail continues steeply among boulders. As you get higher, the views become ever more impressive and include Annapurna 1 and Annapurna 3.
Day 9 Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Annapurna Base Camp
Start the day with a climb to Annapurna Base Camp and admire the views of some of the world’s highest peaks. Spend the day exploring this beautiful area and there should be time to visit the ridge from which Sir Chris Bonington led the ascent of Annapurna’s South Face.
Day 10 Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo
Follow the same trail back to Machhapuchhre Base Camp and descend a rocky trail back to the lodge at Bamboo.
Day 11 Bamboo to Jhinnudanda
Today’s walk has plenty of ups and downs, passing through a number of small communities. On arrival at Jhinnudanda, there’s the chance to make a side trip to some hot springs to rest any weary legs.
Day 12 Jhinnudanda to Pokhara
Following the Modi River Valley, the trail undulates to Sinwai where your road transfer back to Pokhara awaits. Enjoy some free time this afternoon.
Day 13 Pokhara
Today is free to do as you please. You may wish to take a rowing boat across Lake Phewa and walk up to the World Peace Pagoda.
Day 14 Pokhara to Kathmandu
Fly to Kathmandu where you have a free afternoon for sightseeing.
Day 15 Kathmandu
Your tour ends after breakfast this morning.
