Momos are stuffed, steamed savoury dumplings and one of the most popular dishes in Nepal. The dish is thought to have originated in Tibet and recipes have been passed down through the generations. During your class, your local chef will talk you through the art of making the perfect momo, before you try your hand at mixing the ingredients, forming the dumplings and steaming them. Finish the class by tucking into your delicious creations for lunch.
